Hear that rhythm? It echoes the iconic four-note motif of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony—“Da-da-da-daa!”—often interpreted as fate knocking at the door.
But here, it’s not fate. It’s possibility.
La La La Learn is a new kind of learning space—one that sings, dances, and dares to dream.

The Origin Story: Cutting-edge projects led by Flying Professor
In 2023, a bold experiment began at University of the Ryukyus in Okinawa. Faced with limited funding and conservative academic culture, a professor nearing retirement decided to go all in—launching a course that fused metaverse, AI, and entrepreneurship.
The concept “Play to Learn”
Drawing inspiration from the ‘Play to Earn’ trend that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, the course set out to bring joy and excitement back into education. In this gaming model, players can earn real-world rewards—such as cryptocurrency or digital assets—simply by playing.
Students wore VR goggles, explored virtual worlds, met social entrepreneurs, and conducted fieldwork in Okinawa’s American Village. They didn’t just learn—they quested. They didn’t just listen—they built. And they didn’t just study—they rediscovered their inner fire.

La La La Learn bridges that gap. It’s a response to the urgent need for:
